As a member of the Sustainable Finance team within the "Operations" department, you will be involved in the management and implementation of ESG criteria integration missions in the decision-making models and operational systems of our client organizations. As such, you will be in charge of the following missions:
- Identification and analysis of the financial and non-financial impacts of environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues
- Support the EU taxonomy alignment analysis and reporting
- Definition of transition strategies and trajectories to progress (align with EU ambition & SBTi)
- Support the SFDR implementation and reporting exercise
- Contribute to the process and obtaining of financial product label
- Facilitating workshops and training program in the sustainable finance field

1. Master's degree in law, economics or finance with a specialization in sustainable Finance
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a consulting firm specialized in sustainable development or finance industry position on specialized department dedicated to sustainable finance/sustainability area
3. International experience is desirable as internship, academic studies or professional experience
1. Knowledge of sustainable finance norms and standards: UNPRI, UNPRB, TCFD, SBTi, rating agencies, labels
2. Familiarity of European regulations: SFDR, MiFID II, EU Taxonomy, CSRD
3. Bilingual English-French (written and oral)
4. Good knowledge of analysis tools (Excel) and presentation tools (PowerPoint)
