Based in Luxembourg, Forethix, recognized for its expertise and the quality of its customer relations, is experiencing an exponential increase in demand for support in Luxembourg and Europe, faced with new market requirements.
Reporting to the "Corporate Sustainability" team within the "Operations" department, you will be responsible for the planning, management and industrialization of ESG criteria integration support missions in decision models and operational systems. In this capacity, you will be in charge of the following missions:
- Planning and management of projects dedicated to environmental, societal, and governance issues, in compliance with Forethix success indicators (quality, satisfaction, well-being)
- Development of Forethix expertise, methodologies, and solutions dedicated to dual materiality, non-financial performance measurement (GRI, SASB, IIRC, CSRD), and due diligence (CS3D), according to Forethix standards
- Facilitation of workshops and training sessions and Masterclass dedicated to managers and head of Sustainability
- Validation of the preparations and presentation of the deliverables to our reference clients
- The animation of project team meetings, periodic consultation sessions, exchange of expertise and innovation of your team
- Periodic reporting of project follow-up and success indicators with your management
Throughout your experience, you will actively contribute to the development of the offer on a consultative basis with the teams. 1. Master's degree in law, economics, finance or engineering with a specialization in sustainable development
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a consulting firm specialized in sustainable development
3. Proven experience in managing collaborative projects & a first International experience is an asset
1. Good practices of sustainable development reporting standards & European regulations: CSRD, CS3D, EU Taxonomy is essential
2. Your experience as a project manager has enabled you to master the learning delegation and the power of collective intelligence
